Our policy lasts 30days. If 30 days have been exceed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will provide you with store credit code.
